UNC Producer Profitability
The determination and degree of producer profitability is governed by UNC’s biological standard. According to this standard, UNC shall provide producers with the requisite biological best practices permitting producers to maintain biological reserves at the level necessary for high-performance growing mediums. In so doing, it shall take into account the regulatory and market changes of the Colombian medicinal cannabis sector and provide additional biological support accordingly. A total-solutions cost exceeding total per-plant value addition shall not be exceeded so both cottage and industrial producers achieve a yield that corresponds to UNC’s mandate of growing “More for Less.”
More details may be found under UNC’s executive brief (a guide to “More for Less”)
Goals and responsibilities of URB Natural Colombia (UNC)
Mandate
URB Natural Colombia (UNC) directs URB Science’s commercial policy for Colombia as an independent technology management office. It is obliged by the manufacturing standards of the United States of America and by the commercial statutes of The Republic of Colombia to act in accordance with the interest of the medicinal cannabis industry of Colombia, and consumers as a whole. Its primary goal is to ensure quality stability, while taking due account of market changes. In so doing, it facilitates optimized high-performance growing mediums for Colombia’s global leadership in plant medicine– More Health, For Less Money.
Stable Quality
Stable quality is an important prerequisite for growth and prosperity. Synthetic materials , in opposition to this, impair optimized genetics. They hinder the full functioning of the plant’s endogenous nutrient-cycling system, and result in sub-optimized plant nutrition. The UNC equates stable quality with high-performance growing mediums– I.e. a fuller functioning nutrient-cycling system. Correlation between fungal and bacterial biomass, to plant nutrition instructs that plant quality depends on plant nutrition; plant nutrition depends on quality of nutrient cycling, and nutrient cycling depends on the presence of, and relationship between bacterial and fungal biomass, and subsequent corollaries contributing to a fully-functioning nutrient-cycling system throughout the holobiont. The main indicator for the stability of quality comes from observing the flower against the biological activity within the growing medium, while also ensuring stability in the cost-benefit yield. This indicator for nutritional decision making is best served by a full-cycle inoculation of the biological material delivered in URB, regenerating the conditions required to regularly deliver high-quality nutrition through biological best practices.
Implementation of biological best practices
The UNC implements its biological standard for plant medicine by setting internationally-recognized microbial biomass minimums within growing mediums, at regular intervals, throughout the cultivation process. In so doing, it seeks to keep the Colombian quality outcomes at or above UNC’s minimum biological standard. In order to influence performance conditions, the UNC also forms partnerships with US-based boutique providers of premium genetics.
Product supply and distribution
UNC is entrusted with the product-supply-and-distribution privilege. It supplies the Colombian economy with premium quality organic biological material for sustainable cultivation purposes. These biological best practices meet high standards with respect to quality and stability. UNC is also charged by URB Sciences with the task of retail distribution.
Cashless payment transactions
Regarding cashless payment transactions, The UNC provides direct customer-after-sale support, including for in-store transactions settled in the UNC payment system.
Network management
UNC manages the national inventory reserves. It requires point-of-sale management for local sites, and identification and integration of retail sites considered appropriate partners to completing and growing network priorities.
Grow Op. Stability
UNC contributes to the stability of plant quality for any high-performance operation. It fulfills this mandate by analyzing sources of nutrient-cycling suppression and identifying best biological practices to streamline into the operations existing technical package. In addition, UNC helps to create and implement situ strategic programs for increased operational profitability by leveraging the biological best practices to achieve more for less.
Inter-product compatibility cooperation
UNC participates in inter-product compatibility cooperation. To this end, it works in conjunction with other critical suppliers to maximize the amount of producer-value delivered. UNC participates in multilateral technical packages, cooperating with other input and equipment suppliers, forming long-term value-adding relationships based on solving producer problems more effectively and efficiently.
The foundation of any technical package
URB Natural acts as biological reference for high-performance cultivation. It processes and delivers nutrients such to increase nutrient-cycling efficiency, working on behalf of all other inputs to increase their effectiveness, As observed in any natural living system, microbial inoculation is the basis for highly-productive food and forest systems, the same way that URB serves as the microbial basis for highly-productive plant-medicine operations. It is the secure foundation upon which the plant’s edifice is built, including levels of mineral input (fertilizer), crop protection measures, irrigative schedules, and other factors of production.
Statistics
The UNC compiles statistical data on the correlation between biologically inoculated growing mediums and improved quality as indicated by genetic expression of flower and the cost-benefit curve.
Structure and Organization
UNC as a SAS Office
UNC was founded by virtue of Terrae Voluntas Colombia SAS (TEVOCO), which is the Colombian-incorporated legal entity (Simplified Joint Stock Company) through which the UNC office operates. UNC business was started on April 30, 2020.
